INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE OFFICE OF INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS

COLLEGE USE OF INFORMATION

Internal Reporting

External Reporting

*A note about disclosure of personal information:

Research

REGARDING DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
